Kent College tour, 26th February to 2nd March 2025

A wonderful long weekend of musical collaboration with the visiting choir from Kent College Pembury. The first morning they attended the secondary school Collège Boris Vian, in the town of Mezidon-Canon, to perform to the students and engage in a Q&A session. The afternoon was spent enjoying the safari-zoo Cerza under some glorious winter sunshine! The next day was a collaboration with the Honfleur Harmonie wind band, with a packed concert that evening at Salle Carnot in Honfleur, in partnership with the concert band and also young pianists from the local music school. Back to Mezidon-Canon for the third day, and this time we were based at the beautiful heritage site Chateau Canon for a concert which brought together an orchestra and clarinet ensemble from the Ecole de Musique de Mezidon-Canon alongside their choir. A wonderful event to bring the tour to a rousing conclusion!
